ORDERING & COLLECTION
All orders must be received with at least 48 hours notice before the date required. If you have an urgent order or special request please contact the VEVO catering team by phone or email.
All orders can be collected in store at VEVO eatery. Monday - Saturday 7am-3pm, and Sunday 8am - 3pm. Collection can be arranged to suit outside of these times if prearranged at the time of ordering.
Collection date and time is required at the time of placing your order.
Delivery of your order can be requested. Deliveries may incur additional charges, and a minimum spend. Availability of delivery may vary depending on season. Please enquire at the time of placing your order.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. Please enquire at the time of ordering for payment on pickup or if you require an invoice.
Any changes to your order may be made with at least 48 hours notice. Please call or email any changes to the team.
Cancellation of orders must be notified in writing by email or phone call.
All cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All prices include GST.
OUR MENU & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
We do cater for special dietary requirements. Please contact the team by phone, email or a note on your order, with any special requirements you may have.
If you are catering for anyone with severe food allergies (risk of anaphylactic shock), please call us on ordering. We do take care when preparing orders to prevent cross contamination of allergens, but as our kitchen caters for many needs, it may occur.
We use only the freshest of locally sourced seasonal and free-range or grass-fed ingredients in our menu. If due to seasonal availability some products are unavailable, they may be replaced with a similar alternative.
All boxes on our menu contain a set number of items.
All menu items are delivered cold.
All orders are delivered in biodegradable boxes and recyclable or returnable, reusable platters. If you wish to provide your own platters, please arrange with the team when ordering. Should you require assistance with service, cutlery, plates or serviettes, please contact us for a quote.
We are able to cater for larger events! Please email our team with details of your event, including date, time, number of quests and an outline of what is required. We will gladly provide a quote to make your occasion memorable.
