At VEVO, we’re all about doing the little things well — whether it’s a perfectly poached egg, your conference catering, a great conversation at the counter, or making you feel relaxed the moment you walk into our cafe. Victoria is a qualified chef who found her feet (and fire) in the fast-paced kitchens of Auckland and Melbourne from the age of 19. She's always loved the energy, pressure, and pure joy that comes with hospitality.
"I started VEVO in 2011 with a simple vision: to create a space where quality, care, and community come first. A place where everyone’s welcome, the food is made with love, and the coffee is always spot-on — thanks to our amazing baristas and the beautiful beans we source from our friends at Mt Atkinson. Some of you might have seen Rueben and I as finalists on Cooks on Fire, Season 2 — a wild and wonderful experience that reminded me why I love what I do."
